My friends seem to be currently engaged in an exercise of hitting the blogosphere with as many different publications as possible. While I hate to indulge any (b)latent sense of narcissism, my own love of blogs of the edible variety has me wondering if there is anything I can add to the online dialogue on some now-undetermined subject. I don't intend to publicize this blog at all, although I am aware that it will be read by someone, somewhere, due to the increasingly laxity of privacy protection (greetings, future employers!). I recently was ecstatic to be told by IWriteLike that according to computer analysis, I write like my literary hero David Foster Wallace. While I am under no illusions that this is true, I hope to address some of the same topics he touched upon in his unfortunately short, yet prolific career, but with a few extra pictures of food and small woodland creatures!
